This website is operated by A-MAX. Throughout the site , the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to A-MAX.

Many A-MAX products are produced specifically after an order is placed.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, designs, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, printing process, garment, materials, and normal production tolerances.
Product availability may change without notice.
SECTION 3 - Orders.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information.
Order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Prices may change without notice.
You agree to pay the price, shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts shown at checkout.
Payment information is processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. We do not directly store your complete payment card information.

Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, custom, holidays, product volumes, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you might have under applicable law regarding lost, damaged or undelivered orders.
SECTION 6 - Returns, Refunds and Replacements.
Because many of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges because of buyer's remorse, selecting the wrong size or color, or changing your mind.
Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect products may qualify for a replacement or refund as described in our Refund and Replacement Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit customer rights that cannot be legally excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, artwork, graphics, designs, branding, photographs, text, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to A-MAX.

A-MAX is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with A-MAX.
